LATEST SWINE FLU INFORMATION

The following groups are being given the vaccine: 

- Children aged 6 months - 4 yrs 11 months & persons in the at risk groups: 
- All pregnant women     
-Chronic heart disease
-Chronic respiratory disease
-Chronic renal disease
-Chronic liver disease
-Chronic kidney disease 
-Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Diabetes     
- Immunosuppresed
- Asthma
- Stroke and TIA's
- Multiple Sclerosis

We are inviting patients by letter who fall into these categories to come to a vaccination clinic.  If you wish to decline the invitation, please let us know so we can add this to your record.

Pre-registration

New Patient Registration

If you live within the area covered by the practice please bring your medical card to reception or complete a registration form which is available from the receptionists. If your application is accepted you will be registered with the practice.

Temporary Residents

You are entitled to consult a doctor anywhere in the UK if you are away from home and in need of medical attention. You can do this by asking to see the local doctor as a temporary resident. We will be happy to see any of your friends or relatives if they need a doctor whilst staying in this area.
