LATEST SWINE FLU INFORMATION

The following groups are being given the vaccine: 

- Children aged 6 months - 4 yrs 11 months & persons in the at risk groups: 
- All pregnant women     
-Chronic heart disease
-Chronic respiratory disease
-Chronic renal disease
-Chronic liver disease
-Chronic kidney disease 
-Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Diabetes     
- Immunosuppresed
- Asthma
- Stroke and TIA's
- Multiple Sclerosis

We are inviting patients by letter who fall into these categories to come to a vaccination clinic.  If you wish to decline the invitation, please let us know so we can add this to your record.

Complaints & Suggestions

Our practice has an in-house procedure for dealing with complaints and suggestions. If you have any complaints or comments about our service please write to our practice manager (all such matters are dealt with in the strictest confidence). Any complaint will be thoroughly investigated and, usually, within 14 days you will receive a written reply or an invitation to discuss your complaint with the party concerned.

The Health Service Ombudsman
