Administration

We have a team of Administration staff who are responsible for the smooth running of the Practice. They work within guidelines and procedures of the practice and at the direction of the Doctors so that we are able to give you medical care in the most appropriate way.
We have a team of three medical secretaries who work hard to ensure your referrals are processed efficiently within the specified time limits.

Reception

We have a team of 11 friendly Receptionists who are happy to help you with any aspect of making appointments for the various clinics we run. They are here to help you. They have a difficult job dealing with telephone calls and enquiries from all directions. PLEASE BE A PATIENT PATIENT!! Behind the scenes they are busy with other various activities including processing your prescriptions, answering queries, giving test results, liasing with the doctors and nurses and any query regarding new patient registrations.

When telephoning for an appointment, advice or a home visit the receptionist may ask you for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries on our behalf so we may help you in the most appropriate and efficient way.
